Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America , mainland Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars, Euros or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
The shipping charge represents only the mailing costs. The costs of packaging and materials is calculated as the handling charge and automatically included within your total.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48hrs.
You will be presented with various location dependant mailing options upon checkout:
1st Class Post
= next day.
2nd Class Post
= 2 -3 working days.
International Airmail
= Europe and N. America within 3 days, the rest of the world 4 - 5 days.
International Surface Mail
= Europe 2 - 4 weeks, rest of the world 8 weeks .
International Datapost or Parcel Force 24
. Garanteed delivery, courier delivered, insured = Most of Europe next day, N. America 2 - 3 days, rest of the world 3 - 5 days.
All the above delivery times are approximate with the exception of the Datapost or Parcel Force 24 guaranteed services.
Back Orders
We aim to hold all listed items in stock. In the event your item is not in stock, we will email you with an approximate back order date, offer you an alternative or give you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
All goods are checked before they are dispatched. Any faulty items or items damaged during mailing may be returned within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund.
Any goods ordered which you decide not to keep may be returned for exchange/credit note by prior arrangement, using out returns address (

). Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt in good condition, with original packaging unopened. please obtain proof of posting as we can not accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit.
